  • Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of services to receive a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs after project initiation, only a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.
  • No refunds will be provided once the service has been fully delivered or completed.
  • Refunds are not applicable in cases of change of mind or delays caused by client-side issues.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing within a specified period from service delivery.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
